1. Birbal Travel is a search & compare and community engine
2. For Registered members, we do collect demographic information as well as personal identifiable information ( or PII ) . We use this to serve more relevant results. While some verticals (like loans) need registration, overall registration is voluntary .
3. We also collect certain usage information like which brower you use, service providers you click to and which pages and links you visit. We use this information to make our service more relevant and friendly for you
4. When you choose to register with us, Birbal logs you in automatically using your email address. This makes it easier for you as you don't have to create and remember a login identifier. The use of your email address for login also allows us the chance to email you a new password in case you forget or lost your old one. If you do register with us, Birbal will save your information and recognize you regardless of where you login from.
5. We do send our registered members periodic emails or newsletters. You have the option to unsubscribe from this at any point.
6. We don't sell your PII to anyone. We do not share PII with our partners.
7. We may sell syndicated data to our service providers without revealing any PII.
8. We may share aggregated usage data with others. This data does not identify any individual person
9. Birbal operates under the laws of India. If required, we may have to disclose to law enforcement authorities any personal information.
10. We will store cookies through your browser into your computer. You can enable your browser to refuse cookies, but doing so may disable access to some of our services and tools. It will also not allow us to log you in even if you are a registered member.
11. Our privacy policy is applicable only on our website. When you click through to other service providers, you are now under the purview of their privacy policies.
